One-On-One Assistance

Dine-In Sessions

On October 25th, 26th, and 27th, Speaker and Medicare Advisor, Greg Downing, will educate participants on the Medicare plans that are available and what plan is the right fit for them.

Greg will present at multiple dine-in sessions on the 25th and will provide one-on-one assistance by appointment for those who want more information or need help in the enrollment process.

The event is provided free of charge for Moore County residents. There will be no sales pitches and participants will not be required to sign up or purchase any additional service or good.

The event will take place at the Moore County Senior Center located at 701 E 16th Street in Dumas, TX.

There will be multiple dine in sessions to chose from and the meal will be on us. Chose from a breakfast, lunch, or dinner session.

Dine in sessions are educational and intended to give as many people the information without the need for additional one-on-one assistance. These sessions are good for those who have already enrolled multiple times in Medicare and are already familiar and comfortable with the process.

DINE IN SESSIONS AVAILABLE:

Wednesday, October 25th

Breakfast Session - 7:00am
Lunch Session - 12:00pm
Dinner Session - 6:00pm

** All dine-in sessions are free of charge. We simply ask that you RSVP so we can be certain that the proper amount of food is available for our guests.

One-on-one sessions will be available for those who need additional information or assistance with the enrollment process. Time slots will be available on a first come/ first served basis.

One-on-one sessions are good for those who may be enrolling for the first time or who find the enrollment process difficult or confusing.

Is this event really free?

Yes. This event is free of charge. There will not be any sales pitches and participants will not be asked or required to purchase any service or sign up for any service.

We only ask that you RSVP so we know how many meals to provide for each session.

Why are you holding this event?

This event is being provided as a free service by Moore County Hospital District for those who are preparing to enroll or to re-enroll in Medicare. The District's goal is to provide participants with the information they need to make informed decisions about how each Medicare plan works and what services each plan covers, for the Medicare plan that is best for them.

Can I attend a dine-in session and still get one-on-one help?

Of course. You are welcome to attend a dine-in session AND sign up for a one-on-one session as well.
